Hailing from Friuli Venezia Giulia, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Chardonnay 25%, Sauvignon 25%, Friulano 25%, Ribolla Gialla, Picolit, Verduzzo, Pinot Bianco 25%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from Slatnik vineyard in San Floriano and Oslavia, north-east exposure, on marly-clayey soil, at 250 mt of altitude. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in oak casks with long maceration on the skins. Without added sulphites and without filtrations. The wine is aged 36 months in big Slavonian oak barrels. A wine capturing the crisp, mineral-driven style of Friuli whites.
