Crafted from Primitivo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a red calcareous soil. Organic and biodynamic farming. Vinification: destemming and pressing. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration for 20-30 days. Without filtrations. The wine is aged 12 months on the lees in big oak barrels, 12 months in steel vats and at least 6 in bottle. A wine capturing the rustic charm of Puglia's ancient vineyards.
