The fruit is sourced from vineyards sapling vines in clay calcareous red soil rich in iron from Sava, Manduria, Sannicola and Alezio. Vinification: pressing, cold settling, alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine is aged some months in oak barrels.
