This Prosecco DOC captures the distinctive personality of Veneto terroir. Its modest 11.5% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Glera 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from grapes of the same year collected during the night. Vinification: white vinification and refermentation in autoclaves according to the Charmat/Martinotti Method. The wine is aged 2 month on the yeasts. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
