A fine example of Friuli Venezia Giulia winemaking, this Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Ribolla Gialla 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards situated on soils consisting of alternating marls and sandstones of Eocene origin. Vinification: soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The wine is aged 8 months in steel tanks. A wine capturing the crisp, mineral-driven style of Friuli whites.
