Produced in Friuli Venezia Giulia, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Ribolla Gialla 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards allevati a guyot su terreni marnosi e sabbiosi a 220 metri di altitudine, con esposizione a sud-est. Resa di 40 q/ha. Vinification: fermentation in open wooden vats with maceration for 45 days, without filtrations. The wine is aged 12 months in Slavonian oak barrels, 11 in steel tanks and 24 in bottle. A wine capturing the crisp, mineral-driven style of Friuli whites.
