A fine example of Friuli Venezia Giulia winemaking, this Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Ribolla Gialla 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards riu Falcon, Roncus, Bellazoia, in which there are 20 years old vines, on clay soil rich in marl and sandstone. Vinification: fermentation in steel tanks with indigenous yeasts, without malolactic. The wine is aged alcuni mesi in acciaio. A wine capturing the crisp, mineral-driven style of Friuli whites.
