A fine example of Friuli Venezia Giulia winemaking, this Collio DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Ribolla Gialla 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 30 years old vines in the typical soil of Collio, called ponka. Vinification: fermentation with maceration on the skins for 14 days in open oak vats, without filtrations. The wine is aged 48 months in acacia barriques. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
