Produced in Friuli Venezia Giulia, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 11.5% alcohol, it delivers elegance and finesse. Crafted from Ribolla Gialla 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 30-year-old vines grown as small trees in espalier and guyot on soil consisting of "ponca". Organic cultivation and yield of 35 hl/ha. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation in contact with the skins, without the temperature control. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation vats are filled and closed, the wine remains in contact with the skins for 3 months. The wine is aged 40 months in oak barrels. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
