Hailing from Friuli Venezia Giulia, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Ribolla Gialla 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Ronco di Cornaiano village on calcareous soils of glacial origin at 500 metres above sea level. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation in contact with the skins, without the temperature control. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation vats are filled and closed, the wine remains in contact with the skins for 3 months. The wine is aged 40 months in oak barrels. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
