A fine example of Friuli Venezia Giulia winemaking, this Collio DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Ribolla Gialla 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines rooted on marl-sandstone soils. Vinification: overripe grapes harvested by hand, must in contact with the skins for 24 days, fermentation in oak barrels. The wine is aged 24 months in oak barrels. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
