A fine example of Friuli Venezia Giulia winemaking, this Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Ribolla Gialla 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on soils composed of calcareous marl. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 7 months in steel tanks. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
