Crafted from Ribolla Gialla 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 45 years old vineyards. Vinification: cold maceration and fermentation in steel tanks and in barrique. The wine is aged in the fermentation barrique for a few months. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
