Produced in Friuli Venezia Giulia, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Ribolla Gialla 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 140 meters above sea level on Monte Calvario from 1994 vineyards facing south on soils of Ponca, Opoka and sandstone. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with maceration on the skins for 60-90 days in conical oak vats. The wine is aged 6 years in 60 hl barrels and at least 4 years in the bottle. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
