This Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC captures the distinctive personality of Friuli Venezia Giulia terroir. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Ribolla Gialla 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from vigna Monticchio of Tenuta Torgiano, at 300 metres of altitude and with west exposure. Vinification: cold macerated late grape for 12 hours, alcoholic fermentation at 15 days temperature. The wine is aged 9 months in stainless steel containers. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
