Crafted from Ribolla Gialla 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 50-70 years old vines from the Cottà cru. Vinification: manual harvesting, soft pressing and fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The wine is aged a few months in wood and steel. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
