Crafted from Friulano, Malvasia Istriana, Riesling Renano, Picolit, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. Vinification: pressing and cold maceration of the grapes, alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks. The wine is aged 18 months in barrique, then 6 months in bottle.
