Crafted from Riesling Renano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the vineyard Fossati, in the highest part of the territory of Barolo, and Bertone, in the municipality of Sinio. Vinification: fermentation 15-20 days. The wine is aged at least 6 months in stainless steel. A wine true to Piedmont tradition, built for age-worthy elegance.
