Produced in Friuli Venezia Giulia, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Malvasia Istriana 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Its lively perlage and crisp finish make it an ideal celebratory pour. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in pianura isontina, from vines of 45 years on red soils wich of limestone and clay. Vinification: whole grape pressing and alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel vats and spontaneous second fermentation in bottle without dégorgement. The wine is aged from 12-15 months on the lees in bottle. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
