The fruit is sourced from vineyards sapling vines in clay calcareous red soil in Mazzì from Alezio village. Vinification: pressing, cold settling, alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 10 months in chestnut and cherry tree barrels.
