Produced in Sardinia, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Vermentino 80%, Chardonnay 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in sandy soils of the coast. Harvest during the first hours of the morning to preserve the freshness of the grapes. Vinification: pressing of the whole bunches, very short cold maceration, cold settling and different fermentation for grape type in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 2 months and half in steel tanks, of which 40 days on the lees, and 3 in concrete vats. A wine showing the sun-baked intensity typical of Sardinian vineyards.
Sardinia is home to native varieties like Vermentino and Cannonau, rarely found elsewhere.
