Crafted from Greco Bianco 88%, Coda di Volpe 12%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards santa Paolina and Venticano vineyard: ungrafted vines on clay-rich soils. Vinification: maceration of 7 days for the Coda di Volpe variety and 4 days for the Greco di Tufo in barrique. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged a few months in steel and at least 3 months in French tonneaux. A wine reflecting Campania's ancient viticultural roots stretching back to Roman times.
