Crafted from Sangiovese 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vigna della Quercia, at 150 m. above sea level, on sandy soil and on vines at least 20 years of age. Vinification: maceration for 12 days, then malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged in staniless steel. A wine embodying Emilia Romagna's easy-drinking, food-loving character.
