The fruit is sourced from vineyards 18 years old vines cultivated according to the Guyot system in hilly soil rich in red clay and yellow sand faced to South Est. Vinification: fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks and maceration for 15 days. The wine is aged 16 months in concrete vats.
