The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 300 meters above sea level with north and south exposure on clayey-loamy soils with a lot of skeleton. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and long maceration on the skins in conical oak vats. The wine is aged a few months in 50 hl truncated conical oak vats.
