The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the Guyot system in hilly soil rich in red clay and yellow sand. Vinification: fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks, with short maceration on the skins for 4 days. The wine is aged about 11 months in concrete vats.
