A fine example of Campania winemaking, this Irpinia DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 14% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Aglianico 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. Vinification: fermentation and maceration for 20 days with natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks and aged for 12 months in oak barrels (500 lt.). The wine is aged 12 months in oak barrels, 10 months in steel and 10 in bottle. A wine true to Campania's tradition of structured, age-worthy wines.
Campania's viticultural roots stretch back to ancient Roman times, among the oldest in Italy.
