This exceptional Langhe DOC showcases the authentic character of Piedmont. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from the Mottura vineyard which hosts vines with an average age of 15-30 years located at about 300 meters above sea level on soils composed of tufaceous white marl. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel at controlled temperature. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine combining Piedmont's trademark power with finesse and complexity.
