Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on the hilly terrain of the Valle dei Laghi. Vinification: 12-hour maceration with the skins and alcoholic fermentation in steel. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting Trentino's alpine terroir and cool-climate precision.
