This exceptional Collio DOC showcases the authentic character of Friuli Venezia Giulia. Its 14.5% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyards exposed mainly to the North-East and South-East, on soil rich of marl. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 9 months on the lees in stainless steel tanks. A wine capturing the crisp, mineral-driven style of Friuli whites.
