A fine example of Friuli Venezia Giulia winemaking, this Collio DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 14.5% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Sauvignon 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on the steep hills of Collalto at 200-300 meters above sea level with exposure to the east and south-east on land of moraine origin with a high concentration of calcium carbonate with "doppio capovolto" system. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 6 months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
