This Collio DOC captures the distinctive personality of Friuli Venezia Giulia terroir. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from 100% Sauvignon Blanc , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards hilly terrain, consisting of layers of marl and sandstone. Vinification: maceration in contact with the skins for 24 hours, soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks (16 °C). The wine is aged 7 months in contact with yeasts, bottling in stainless steel barrels at temperature, bottle ageing. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
