Sauvignon 'El Campesino' Andrea Scovero

Produced in Piedmont, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from White grapes, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on Montefiascone, at an altitude of 300 m. above sea level, on soils of volcanic origin and rich of texture. Vinification: 5 days of maceration, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in steel. The wine is aged 12 months in barriques of first-pass. A wine true to Piedmont tradition, built for age-worthy elegance.
