Sauvignon La Tunella

This exceptional Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC showcases the authentic character of Friuli Venezia Giulia. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on clayey-marly soil. Vinification: cryomaceration at 4°C for 36 hours and fermentation in steel for 30-40 days at controlled temperature. The wine is aged some months in steel. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
