A fine example of Trentino winemaking, this Trentino DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the Pergola Trentina system in a clayey soil at 300-450 m above sea level, in Giovo village. Vinification: soft pressing, cold settling and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks and, for the 10%, in wooden barrels. The wine is aged 5-6 months on the lees in steel tanks and in oak barrels for the 10%. A wine reflecting Trentino's alpine terroir and cool-climate precision.
