Sauvignon Livio Felluga

This Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC captures the distinctive personality of Friuli Venezia Giulia terroir. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards guyot, marl and sandstone flysch of Eocene origin. Vinification: grapes were destemmed and left to macerate for a short period, allowed to settle, then fermentation takes place in stainless tanks. The wine is aged 6 months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
