This exceptional Isonzo DOC showcases the authentic character of Friuli Venezia Giulia. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Mariano del Friuli, near Isonzo river on soils rich in stones and red clay. Vinification: vinification in white in steel vats with controlled temperature. The wine is aged 9 months on the lees in steel vats. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
