This exceptional Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC showcases the authentic character of Friuli Venezia Giulia. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on clay soils characterised by a stratification of sandstone marls of Eocene origin. Vinification: manual harvesting with alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The wine is aged 6 months, 90% steel and 10% barrique. A wine capturing the crisp, mineral-driven style of Friuli whites.
