Crafted from Sauvignon 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. Vinification: soft pressing, short cold maceration, cold settling and alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine capturing the crisp, mineral-driven style of Friuli whites.
