A fine example of Friuli Venezia Giulia winemaking, this Collio DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Sauvignon 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. Vinification: delicate destemming, maceration on the skins for 18 hours, soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in tonneau. The wine is aged 12 months in tonneau and at least 24 months in bottle. A wine capturing the crisp, mineral-driven style of Friuli whites.
