This Collio DOC captures the distinctive personality of Friuli Venezia Giulia terroir. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 20-30 years old vines located at an altitude of 80 meters with exposure to the south and south-east. Vinification: maceration on the skins for 12-14 hours in the absence of oxygen and alcoholic fermentation in steel and 20% in large casks. The wine is aged 5 months on the lees in steel tanks and, for the 20%, in oak barrels. A wine capturing the crisp, mineral-driven style of Friuli whites.
Cool alpine breezes and diverse soils give Friuli's wines their trademark aromatic precision.
