Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. Vinification: soft pressing and fermentation in oak wood barrels. The wine is aged at least 9 months in French barriques. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
