Crafted from Sauvignon Blanc 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 20-year-old vines from the 9.42-hectare Vieris vineyard located at 31 meters above sea level. above sea level on deep soils rich in skeleton, with the presence of red silt and sand due to the presence of iron and aluminum oxides.
