Crafted from Sauvignon 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. Vinification: whitering of the grapes for different months and fermentation on the skins for 20-30 days in steel. The wine is aged 7 months in steel tank. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
