This Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC captures the distinctive personality of Friuli Venezia Giulia terroir. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on clayey soils characterised by sandstone marl stratification of Eocene origin. Vinification: manual harvesting, alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged 5 months in steel and 1 month in bottle. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
