Hailing from Friuli Venezia Giulia, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Schioppettino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Grave Area at 90 metres above sea level on soils rich in marl, clay and silt. Organic and Biodynamic farming. Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeast in open barrels. The wine is aged 36 months in used barrique and 12 months in bottle. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
