Schioppettino Ronco Severo

This exceptional Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC showcases the authentic character of Friuli Venezia Giulia. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Schioppettino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyards that grow on the characteristic land of the Collio, named "ponka", composed of marls and sandstones. Vinification: slightly late harvest and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts with long maceration on the skins. The wine is aged 30 months in oak barrels of 700 l. A wine capturing the crisp, mineral-driven style of Friuli whites.
