Produced in Piedmont, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 12% alcohol, it stays light on its feet without sacrificing character. Crafted from White grapes, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in soils rich in clay, limestone and iron. Vinification: destemming, soft pressing, cold settling for 24 hours, spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. Without filtrations and without added sulphites. The wine is aged 4 months on the lees in barriques. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
The region's continental climate and varied soils create ideal conditions for both indigenous and international grape varieties.
