Hailing from Lombardy, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Pinot Meunier 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. A steady stream of fine bubbles supports a bright, refreshing palate. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the municipality of Monticelli Brusati on clayey and limestone soils with silt and sand, on alluvial deposits. Vinification: soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel and in barrique, refermentation in the bottle according to the traditional method. The wine is aged 120 months on the lees. A wine reflecting the alpine influence found across Lombardy's varied terroir.
