Crafted from Lacrima 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. A steady stream of fine bubbles supports a bright, refreshing palate. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 180 meters above sea level in Morro d'Alba on mixed clayey soils with south and south-east exposure. Vinification: second fermentation in autoclave according to Charmat Method. The wine is aged 6 months in bottle. A wine true to the Marche tradition of elegant, food-friendly wines.
